yay for HEAD builds and BT, a further ups-nut-cgi clue
I'd like to say a public thank you to spz@ for getting HEAD bulk results
sent to pkgsrc-bulk@ and to bsiegert@ for all the work on bulk tracker.
It is now vastly easier to catch problems earlier and to figure them
out, even if they are sometimes still tricky.
Looking at:
https://releng.netbsd.org/bulktracker/sysutils/ups-nut-cgi
it seems that the "raqm not found" problem is on all NetBSD, not on
Rocky or SmartOS, and started after 8/14 and before 8/17.
But, the raqm option was added much earlier:
