Import request: libxls, and sc-im patch for it
Hi,
libxls 1.5 is out, addressing the security issues that kept us from
importing it. I've updated the package in wip, tested it against sc-im,
and think it's ready to be imported.
Next, the patch below adds an option to sc-im to use libxls.
