How do i install pkgsrc in windows with Cygwin

Hello

I tried to install pkgsrc in windows OS with Cygwin64. During bootstrap i am having errors that says " configure: error: /bin/bash ./config.sub -pc-cygwin failed". Anyone faced this problem?

I am attaching the output file for your conveniences. If anyone already installed in any other/ modified way, please share the procedure.
