Hi, I took care of most of the MASTER_SITES ones. distfile mirror will fill in some gaps. I'm missing py-augeas. this matches but I'm not sure how to MASTER_SITES_PYPI syntax it... https://pypi.python.org/simple/python-augeas/ and Publican, which moved to sourceware, but seems to lack tarballs https://sourceware.org/publican/en-US/ Some of the HOMEPAGEs at least have no alternative yet.
