Currently packages included in base have a special status.
To update OpenSSL, you can't simply `make update`.
You must be aware of it, track NetBSD base changes/note
advisories, etc.
It is misleading and awkward.
I would not be surprised if many attempt to update pkgsrc OpenSSL
hoping to be safe, without using pkgsrc OpenSSL for anything.
I'm envisioning a revolutionary change:
Rather than unpacking OpenSSL at /usr, it will be unpacked at
/usr/pkg, links will be made, and it will count as a package in
the package database.
