Sure:
# PWD_CMD=/bin/pwd ./bootstrap
Though note that it also includes the various patches mentioned in
the other mails in the thread.
I forgot to mention that I have a patch in bmake; it's the same as
found in the Foundry27 repository:
#ifdef SA_RESTART
sa.sa_flags |= SA_RESTART
#endif
