broken packages for 2013q2
With the freeze upcoming I figured it would be a good idea to get the
broken list updated.

Current up to today.
There's more than usual this quarter, because in part of fallout from
the perl update. Try searching the page for "POD document had syntax
errors". :-/
Some of it is because Joerg switched C++ libs in his builds; that
broke more than a few packages, most of which haven't been fixed and
aren't easy to fix. It would be nice to also have vanilla test builds,
but we take what we can get...
