Sounds like the copy is not 100% healthy.

The files you are looking for are there, you're "just" not getting them served. I have a suspicion why that happened (same problem as with pkg_add

really, a concurrent connections limit behaving as a connection rate
limit), and may have stopped it happening.
Please retry?
