your revision 1.1722 to bsd.pkg.mk, which does:
CONFIGURE_ARGS+= --mandir=${PREFIX}/${PKGMANDIR}
breaks the build of tcl. Unfortunately, tcl is a pretty important
package.
I don't suppose you could fix this?
