tech-pkg: USE_IMAKE not work?

Hi,
I tried to install benchmarks/xengine and found that it was
installed in /usr/X11R6, not /usr/pkg. Same with
inputmethod/kinput2. I always use xpkgwedge.
Anyone have same experiience? Has something changed?
