tech-pkg: Using native Xft2 and firefox-gtk build fails

I accidently reset my PREFER_PKGSRC so Xft2 became "native".
So then my firefox-gtk2 build failed, because xft.pc never got buildlinked
and pkg-config check for it in the configure script didn't see it.
Should the xft.pc be buildlinked always?
