tech-pkg: "make index" gives warning about JAVA_HOME

I just cvsupped the latest pkgsrc tree and gave the "make index"
command. After churning for a number of minutes it gives the
warning "Variable JAVA_HOME is recursive" (and keeps on
working on building the index). 
Is this of concern, or a benign warning?
