Changes to the NetBSD Packages Collection in November 1998.

We've added a number of interesting packages this month - bind4,
enlightenment, lout, mgetty+sendfax, octave, various Perl5 modules,
papersize, plotutils, rc5des, samba2, sfio, and tripwire. And there
have also been some notable updates - arpwatch, fetchmail,
ghostscript, gimp, glib, gtk (1.0 and 1.1), guile, ImageMagick,
imap-uw, lesstif, pico, pine, qt, rpm, rsync, xmcd and xscreensaver.
There is a marvellous HTML version of the "Changes to the Packages
Collection" document, which is now updated every 2 hours on the NetBSD
Web Server. Take a look at
