Happy to announce a new release of LuaLogging; 1.4.0

The first release in 7 years does not bring a lot of new stuff, mainly old issues

fixed, and some minor changes.

Source is here: https://github.com/keplerproject/lualogging (it is back under the Kepler project, since it was abandoned)

Installation as always easiest using luarocks, but also a makefile is available.

Let me know if there are any issues.
