Based on the comments here:
https://github.com/lua/lua/blob/master/makefile
It told that:
# makefile for building Lua
# see INSTALL for installation instructions
But there isn't the INSTALL file at all in the repo and furthermore,
the makefile doesn't support install option. Any hints for these
problems?
