Tested building with TDM32, TDM64, MinGW 32, Win7SDK 32 and Win7SDK 64 using my Windows buildscript. All succeed without warnings. So does the provided makefile with MinGW/MSYS 32 bit.
One remark; as LUA_COMPAT_ALL has been deprecated, in favour of version specific ones, would it be possible to break the build when it has been defined?
Maybe a silly idea, but it would safeguard someone from expecting compatibility and not getting it.
