Funny comic, but poor timing. It could be seen as an insult to those people who have expressed their concerns about the current behavior of `io:lines()`. I'm sure it wasn't meant that way, but I have the feeling that the tone in this thread is getting more and more offensive. So I'm with Roberto on this: Let's continue this discussion another time, when we had the chance to see the actual manual change and evaluate its effectiveness in avoiding this issue. Maybe we even have a community-maintained replacement for Lua's IO library by then.
