Lua Assembly Tools is a library, in pure Lua, for bytecode
manipulation.
It has many features, including reading/writing/editing
LASM/bytecode, stripping debug info, a dumper for a detailed view
on the LASM, a decompiler, and a LASM parser, as well as
automatically determining the correct platform for the bytecode to
read/write.
It is available at https://github.com/mlnlover11/LuaAssemblyTools,
and is under the WTFPL. There is no rockspec/precompiled
downloads/whatever.
Looks neat and tidy, very promising. Lua 5.2 support would be the
icing on the cake... (A 5.2 update for ChunkSpy/ChunkBake is a bit
low priority for me right now.) But I suppose most games out there
are not using 5.2 and so there is no urgency for that at the moment...
You are cordially invited to add your tool to

(P.S. This is my first post on the Lua-L list. Please don't be to
harsh on me ;)
