The LGPL does, but I'd be damned if I know if this means you can
require() such a module.
Vaguely on-topic, I note that the curses module of luaposix includes
strlcpy.c directly, which is LGPL (from libtool)
Probably a good idea to find a BSD-licensed variant here, because this
feels like a violation...
