No.

We have other mirrors and no one ever asked us permission. I guess we
cannot force people to ask. Lua-l membership is open to anyone and is
controlled by mailman, without our intervention, really.
I'm sorry that nabble.com seems not to be providing a good service. All
we can do is not to list it in lua.org.
