On OS X 10.3 with gcc-3.3 CLK_TCK is defined, and has the same value as
sysconf(_SC_CLK_TCK).
Hard to understand why 10.4 would remove classic BSD APIs, however the
resource usage information from times() is also available from
getrusage().
