The suggestion was just to help out people, who need the
details. And to reduce list noise, but it seems this is

Go on then, define the targets *correctly* for *all* the
systems which

The issue you have is that without making that target
depend on libtool
you won't be able to sanely build for more than one or
two platforms.
Just my 5c (Finland doesn't have 2c, that's why our
opinions matter more... ;)
