Did you know there is already a port of Lua for the Palm OS? It is
called Plua, and is available here:

I've been using it for a while, but I'm a total newbie, so I can't
speak with much authority on the subject.
I'd be interested in hearing what those interested think about it.
It's a beta release. Currently 1.0b11
