I like MokoFaen a lot. I think it's more beautiful and elegant than
Finxi, and has better overall use of the screen space.
Nevertheless I still switch back to Finxi quite frequently - simply
because that's where Radek adds new things, and sometimes I need to see
those.
I think the challenge is more or less exactly as you've said below: how
can you allow for all those extra little bits of information, while
still staying elegant?

FWIW, on GTA04 I don't notice this.

I don't know, because I only looked at MokoFaen recently. It doesn't
seem heavy to me as it is now.

Those links look nice to me. I suppose if a bunch of information moved
inside conky, and then each theme's homescreen embedded conky,
- the advantage would be only having to manage that information in one
 place
- the disadvantage would be that it would become more different to theme
 those pieces of information in a very fine-grained way.
That's quite finely balanced... Perhaps what swings it, in favour of
conky, is that when you have a large collection of basically numbers to
present, it's good to impose some more structure on that.

It's much appreciated, all the same. Seems to make the phone a bit more
human.
