OASIS Key Management Interoperability Protocol (KMIP) TC

Hello KMIP,
I took an action item to add text to the usage guide as to how the
Application Specific Identification was used for a Brocade requirement. 
When I investigated the field, I thought that the description of
Application Specific Identification doesn't fit the usage model. I suggest
changing the description and adding more Application Specific
Identifications. I also suggest to change the name to Client Generated
Information since this seems to be how the field is used. 
I would like to get the groups approval for this proposal.
