There is Indeed an .ini file.
It is your Callsign. Ini
So in my case w3kb.ini
There are various Sections of the INI file such as [CONFIGURATION] or [ENTRY} in that one file.
So in this particular case (as noted below) the AutoSaveCount=1 parameter went in the [ENTRY] section of the overall w3kb.ini file
