[WriteLog] Different between Packet Window and Incoming-only Packet

Can some explain the difference between the Packet Window and the
Incoming-only Packet window? 
 
I've glanced through the help file and couldn't find the answer. Perhaps you
can have more than one "Incoming-only" packet connection?
