[WriteLog] Contest Simulator not responding to calls

Hello,
I am having issues with CSS in regards to it seems like CSS is not
responding to my calls (whether S&P calling stations or calling CQ). I can
hear stations calling CQ in my headphones, and I can hear my messages being
sent to CSS from WriteLog, but there is no response from CSS to any calls
(whether I send my callsign or call CQ).
In CSS, my callsign (N8XE) is set in the simulator settings.
In WriteLog, I am seeing the bandspots for stations calling CQ and in the
port setup, I have the CW keyer type and SO2R control set to WinKey+OTRSP
pipes.
Confused on what may be going on. It is almost like CSS is not picking up
what is being sent from WriteLog.
I successfully had this working last year, but had to rebuild my PC.
