[WriteLog] Anybody get new WinKey sidetone option to work?

There is a new option to turn on WinKey sidetone while WL is running:

CW Options to control Winkey sidetones.
With all setting combinations my winkey sidetone remains silent. If I exit WL the sidetone comes back, so I think it is configured properly.
Has anyone figured out how to make the WinKey sidetone work?
