[WriteLog] WriteLog dropping CW characters in NAQP?

WriteLog was occasionally dropping CW characters in NAQP (for example,
sending ADC). I use a microHAM microKEYER III with the WinKey chip,
all firmware up-to-date. I could see the dropped characters (or lack
thereof) on the scrolling LCD display on the microKEYER.
I have never noticed this in the past. Did something change with
WriteLog timing? The problem seemed to be independent of band. I was
only running 100W.
