 * CQ and Messages to Me panels hold presented decodes in place, once
 presented.
 * Add font selection dialog.
 * Add Apply QnP button (move QSOs in Progress TX frequency to current.)
 * Add option to reverse left/right mouse click on CQ behavior.
 * Fix failure to send checked Alternative message on Active QSO in
 Progress
 * Simplify use with /Automatically Transmit next/ set off. Timing of
 filling alternative message pane, and other small timing changes.
 * Populate the associated WriteLog Entry Window with the callsign from
 the highest priority active QSO in progress.
 * Fixed bug that set decoder audio origin 500msec too early for FT4
 odd cycle decodes.
 * Fix double-logging of certain message sequences for /Grid Square &
 dB Report/ setting.
 * Shorten the receive buffer to 64msec (was about 170msec). Reduces
 the latency roughly 100msec.
