[WriteLog] Trying to Fix Bandmap after Windows Update

Hi,
I did a Windows 10 update last week and since then the bandmap has been
blank. I understand that I should run the installer again (not the full
version). When I do that I get an error of:
Source file not found:
C\Users\johnk\AppData\Local\Temp\Wl12Full.cab
It looks like it wants a cab file that is not there. Should I get the full
version and run that?
