[WriteLog] Likely Self-Inflicted Error

All,

While playing in the WAE RTTY, I have encountered what is likely a
self-inflicted error.

In the past, I have utilized limited Cut Numbers for CW only, namely N for 9
and O (oh) for Zero. I have never, however, used them for RTTY.

Nevertheless, starting with my QSO's numbers 9 and 10, and for every
multiple thereafter, the 9 transmits as N and the Zero as O.

Any thoughts as to how I inadvertently activated this for RTTY, and, more
importantly, how I shut it off?

I am running version 12.33.
