[WriteLog] Alternating CQs Broken

In SS I couldn't get alternating SO2R CQs working in WL, latest update. I
tried installing the last full version during a break and got the same
results. Auto Resume is checked in the Timed CQ box. Pressing F1 will start
a resumed CQ on the left radio. Pressing F1 for the right radio aborts
further CQs on the left radio and leaves auto cq working on the right radio.
What am I missing?
