[WriteLog] Writelog prints extra characters.

Regardless of the 2-tone delay, I would still expect to see the sent text
only once in each individual decoder window. My MTTY window prints sent
text before is is actually sent. I have never seen the phantom partial
print after sending that WM5DX posted.

After a closer look at this, it appears the issue is with 2Tone printing
later
than MMTTY. If you have your MONITOR turned on and listening to your transmit
RTTY tones, 2Tone in a receive only is also decoding your transmit. When you
stop transmitting, 2Tone will continue to print what you sent but in a
delayed
manner which is inherent to 2Tone. There's nothing that can be done about it
except to turn MONITOR off and not listen to your TX tones.
