[WriteLog] Lost BandMap after Win10 upgrade

The Bandmap window opens up blank in WriteLog 12.09.
It has always worked fine, but Windows 10 decided it needed updating just
before WPX started.
I know this has happened to others in the past.
Is there a solution?
