[WriteLog] KH6 Not Scored as Mult in Sprint

I updated the mult file for the NCJ Sprint and it shows a HI in the mult
display but upon logging a KH6, HI in the QTH field is not scored as a mult
in the M field and the HI box in the mult display is not colored in.
