[WriteLog] [RTTY] NO Makrothen contest

Doesn't stop anyone from operating it though, does it? I will 
probably be on with a CQ TEST and ready to exchange grid squares. 
Maybe some of you guys will join me??
Maybe submit scores here afterwards.
