[WriteLog] Converting N1MM+ call history file to WL

I meant FRIEND.INI and what I want to do is slightly different than the 
common use of this file.
I want to send "Go PVRC" at either the beginning or the end of the 
exchange to everyone listed (PVRC members). That's it.

I have a N1MM+ call history file in .CSV format that I want to use with 
WL (assumingit's the same as writelog.ini)
How do I convert it?
