I'm trying to modify the 20 meter digital sub band for the USA_Extra file but it's not working. I can modify it and save it, but when I open the file, it's back to where was it before. I tried in on my Windows XP Pro machine and it works fine.
Anyone running Windows 10 having this same issue?
