[WriteLog] CTY-2514 Country Files Update

I went to uppdate the CTY files on 11.31a but after I get a window that says the file has been downloaded and convert CTY files. none of the updates are there. I had problems updating to 11.31 on my Win7 Pro 64 bit, and I have a feeling its something I have done wrong.
WL 11.31 runs fine.
My programs are installed in
Program FIles (x86)/Writelog
Log files are in: Documents/Writelog
Any suggestions appreciated.
