[WriteLog] WAE Cabrillo missing first letter of call in QTC's

Using Writelog version 11.12D
 
I noticed that the first letter of the received call in the QTC is missing
when the Cabrillo file is created.
No changes made, just used the standard setup. Anyone sees this too? Any
fix?
