[WriteLog] RTTY PPT delay

Joe,
I have checked, double checked, triple checked, ad nauseam, and am sure the 
WriteLog PTT command for my IC-7600 is set to NO. The Setup/Ports tab in WL 
is the only place I know to check for this. If there is someplace else I've 
never found it.
