[WriteLog] Need Help with INI File

Help Please.
Despite editing the [RttyContextMenuEntries] section of the ini file in a
win7 machine (C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Windows\writelog.ini)
I am still getting the default right click drop down menu.
I even removed the ini from the file path in hopes that WL would create
another but it did not; and even though I removed it, its as if it still
sees a phantom ini file.
Help please.
