[WriteLog] Linking Packet using static IP under XP

For anyone who has gone to static IP and then been able to have networked
computers share a packet session across the network:

In addition to the IP address of the machine running a telnet session, what
port did you specify on the computers connecting to that computer?

BTW, there is a work around for this issue using VE7CC software as a front
end Ill describe in another email.
