[WriteLog] How do I export an ADIF file

Just got done with the November Sweepstakes and I’d sure like to upload my files to LotW... I saw that I could import an ADIF, but (even after reading the help files) I couldn’t figure out how to export an ADIF... There’s got to be a way... Anyone care to point me in the right direction?
