[WriteLog] WriteLog 10.87 is available

Hi Folks,
WriteLog version 10.87 is a free upgrade for anyone who
has purchased the full version of WriteLog since July,
2010. This excludes the "Newbie" version, which does not
include any free upgrades. If you are running an earlier

WriteLog 10.87 includes the following new features/fixes:
* Handle MOUSE_WHEEL_HZ=0 correctly for all rigs.
* Maritime QSO Party, MCCMQP contest module update.
* Add [YAESU_COMMANDS] for keyboard macros for certain Yaesu rigs.
* Add 1.2m, 70cm and 33cm bands to Field Day module.
* On Windows Vista and later, create a “Edit Writelog.ini”
 entry in the Start Menu. Known limitation: if, before
 running WriteLog the first time, this icon is selected by
 a newly created user, or the first thing selected after a
 new full install of WriteLog, it will offer to create an
 empty writelog.ini, which will omit copying the installer-
 provided writelog.ini entries in the system area on those
 OS’s. Don’t do that.
* Update OKQP, INQP, New England QP, TNQP, OHQP, FISTS for
 redundant setup dialogs.
* Fix internet logbook failure to download network frequencies
 if it has none to upload.
* Make IARU module Contest/Parameter Setup followed by
 Contest/calc restore respond to changed IARU zone
* Fix problem that duplicates QSOs when recovering a journal
 while networked.
* Fix failure to reinitialize Cabrillo settings when opening
 subsequent .wl files
* Fix failure if too may operators are entered in Cabrillo output
