[WriteLog] CAT control for FTdx-5000 ?

Thank you Bob
This solved the problem. As long as I hard set the baud rate the same both 
in WL and the rig I can use any baud rate.
Current setting
CAT BPS 38400
CAT TOT 10ms
RTS Enable
73 and thank you again,
