[WriteLog] WL_CTY.BIN & .DAT

Thanks, Gary. One question though. Why would the wl_cty.bin file have a 
date of 3/5/2009 and the .dat file have a date of 10/15/2010? Both are in 
my C:\program Files\Writelog\Programs folder, and I downloaded the .DAT file 
today while running the Convert Utility in WL. I would assume that both 
dates for both files would be the same. I can't find any wl_cty.bin file 
with a date even close to 10/15/2010.
I assume that's the only place that I really need both of them.
Confusing.
