[WriteLog] Question on QTC's in WAE Contest

Dick - Either method works. ALT-# or click on the line.
When you get a chance (after the contest), look in the WriteLog 
Help information for specific contest setup instructions. The 
one for WAE gives you blow by blow for QTC's.
